West Coast Screening and Seamless Gutters LLC — Contractor license: CBC 1267671 (Florida Certified Building Contractor). The license covers the pool cage, screen enclosure, rescreening, seamless gutter, and hardscape work performed throughout Southwest Florida, and we comply with all state and local licensing requirements that apply to each project — including municipal and county permit requirements where applicable.

The BuildPro.dev portal is the private project management system used by West Coast Screening and Seamless Gutters LLC for estimates, scheduling, job updates, invoices, payments, and communications with its customers, crews, subcontractors, and invited users. It is not a public marketplace and not affiliated with Hyphen Solutions or other unrelated products using the BuildPro name.

If you received an invitation to the portal, it came from our office. You can request access or sign in if you already have an account.

We encourage every homeowner to verify credentials before hiring any contractor.
