SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out

• You opt in only when you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms (such as the free estimate request) and submit the form. The box is unchecked by default. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
• By opting in, you agree to receive service-related SMS text messages from West Coast Screening and Seamless Gutters LLC at the mobile number you provided.
• We send only service-related messages: estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling and project updates, invoice reminders, and customer service replies.
• Message frequency varies depending on your project and service activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
• We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time, using any of the methods below. Opting out stops all texts from this SMS program, apart from one opt-out confirmation, unless you select the optional SMS consent checkbox and submit the form again.

1. Reply STOP. Send the word STOP in a text message to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirming message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
2. Call our office. Call (941) 999-8486 and ask to be removed from our SMS list. Our team will update your SMS status and confirm the change.
3. Email us. Send an opt-out request to info@westcoastscreeningllc.com with the phone number you would like removed.
4. Mail us. Send a written opt-out request to WCSSG LLC, 34601 Washington Loop Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33982, including the phone number you would like removed from our SMS list.

After you opt out, we update your SMS status and stop this program's texts, apart from one opt-out confirmation, unless you opt in again through the form. You can also ask us to remove you from our call list at any time.
